Our “job shop” offers a variety of processes, allowing us to machine parts with short lead times. We have several pieces of machining equipment dedicated to running rush jobs, including manual and CNC mills and lathes. We also offer surface grinding, boring, honing, turning, sheet metal forming, certified welding, heat treating, and reverse engineering—all in house. We have experience machining a wide variety of material including plastic, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, as well as unusual alloys, custom engineered materials, ceramic, and hardened tool steel.
